At that time, part of the international community was involved armed forces at the end of the civil war on the territory of the former Jugoslavia, following political, economic and military goals. Soldiers in general do not support wars because they know their consequences, but they make decisions in a war, not about a war. From this reason armed forces in 1999th was stood at the forefront of the state's defense, according to Constitution and obligatons toward state, citizens and honor.”
